Will Ripley is the current touring guitarist for Rev Theory, a band with over one million monthly listeners worldwide. He performs live shows and major festivals across North America, playing music that’s been featured on the Billboard charts, used across WWE programming, heard in TV shows like Blue Mountain State, and blasted through arenas as walk-out and goal songs.
That real-world experience directly shapes how Will teaches guitar.
Will wasn’t a “natural.” He struggled with the same things most players do — clunky chord changes, stiff strumming, confusing fretboard patterns. What changed everything was learning the right tools, shortcuts, and musical frameworks — the kind that working guitarists actually rely on.

With both a 5-song EP released and an 11 song LP on track for early 2025, the band has been busy chiseling out their own “Mount Rushmore of Rock”. The music transports listeners to an era where rock 'n' roll reigned supreme, showcasing the timeless influence that Blues and Country had on the Classic Rock of the 60s, 70s, and 80s. However, there’s a distinct edge to Mount Rushka's sound, echoing the spirit of the grunge era, reflecting the intensity and heaviness of the 1990s.
